Completely incompetent management. Ive lived here for 2 years and the amenities have been closed and/or broken down for almost half of that time. 3rd management company in 2 years that are all worst then the preceding one. Avoid this place.

There is a new management company and there are very pro active. They have hired a property manager on site and he supervises the maintenance, security, and repairs in common areas. Highly improved at all levels

New management came in last year and they are very proactive and hands-on. Theyve brought in additional maintenance staff and that has made a world of difference.

Be Aware of the following red flags: most of the owners rented the condos out so no one cares anymore! This condo used to have a good reputation.. but that is no longer the case. - Constant false fire alarms, constant power and water tank problems causing days without electricity or hot water! - Silverfish problem in Condos bathrooms, they do not do any treatement! - Closed gym and pools just because they are lazy to clean and maintain! (other condos were open all summer with supervision but against all requests, these people are sooo lazy for managing that so cutting corners instead!) - The lobby blue chairs are full of stains from 7 years ago til now and they dont even bother maintaining the building.. - Terrible package delivery system.. your boxes might get stolen! Its either the board or the management team who is cutting corners here! absolutely incompetent!
