Liane is an absolutely fantastic real estate broker. We were fortunate enough to work with her to find our beautiful new Mile End home and she knocked it right out of the park. Perfect communication (important as we were moving from Ontario) and took time and care to help us find a home with all of our "must haves". She made it such an easy process for us. I'm not sure what more we could ask for as first time home buyers. Huge thanks to her :)

When my partner and I decided that we were moving back to Montral after many years of being away, Liane made the process of finding and buying our first home in Mile End extremely easy. This was no small feat considering that we lived 500km away at the time. The fact that Liane lived in Mile End herself made us feel even more at ease - she understands the neighbourhood dynamics like a local, because she is one! She went above and beyond what I'd expect from any real estate broker representing a buyer. She answered all of our questions promptly at all times of day via email, text message, Facebook messenger, phone calls, and organized viewings for properties we wanted to see on extremely short notice (doubly so because we had a very short window for viewings since we lived in a different province), one of which ended up being the exact combination of things we were looking for. Once we found the perfect home, she helped us navigate through the new-to-us paperwork of submitting an offer, gave us timelines for when we should get things done by, and effectively ensured that everything necessary was completed and done correctly. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I very highly recommend her services.
