        I've been going there for 10 years and because I returned a $1.50 coffee I bought due to the cream being spoiled I am now "banned". Pathetic!! And now I hear they have roaches!!

        Bad customer service. NO hi or nothing. Prioritize speaking to her family member instead of serving client. Since the lady was rude I asked her if she was okay today( people can havd bad days) and she replies " yeah im okay" nothing more.Like mam.. you atr rude. Please do not act annoyed when serving clients who are keeping your store open

        Nice people, clearly very business orientated but the people who complain about communication clearly have no experience with older immigrants. Language and communication for them isn't that easy, a little understanding goes a long way.
