Ive been a frequent client of this Dpanneur for maybe 10 years. All winters Ive asked for delivery since it was too cold to go out and today, I was denied delivery for simply asking the prices of what I was going to purchase. I tried to contact the place several times but I was ignored every time. Maybe the guy who was answering the phone had a bad day but thats no excuse to be treated the way I was. I was polite the whole time. Really poor experience. That worker is nothing but a coward and the owner of the place has lost a loyal client.
