There was a special for a 6-pack of corona. I bought the pack but noticed that there were 2 bottles missing from my cardboard box after I had just paid. I told the cashier about this and showed him the picture of the promo. He acknowledged that I was correct but refused to refund the purchase or allow me to exchange my item for a full container. What makes this situation worse is that from the very onset of our interaction, the cashier was extremely rude and very belligerent. He raised his voice, postured up, adopted a patronizing and aggressive tone and was practically yelling at me. I was honestly very surprised at his reaction because I was still being courteous and polite even though I felt cheated out of those two corona's. Beyond adjusting your unfair refund policy, the least you can do is teach your employees how to show a little decency and kindness to your patrons.
