who do i talk to about the vary poor customer service im a long-time customer with multiple bell products but in the last 4 years ive been through 7 receivers that malfunction and every time i call customer service they give me the run around and when i when i finally was getting somewere with the main customer service office they came up with a solution but then they stop calling me and i finally after 2 months got a hold of them again and they when back to not helping me again im at the end of my rope with this i like bell but without them fixing my receiver problem for the last 4 years i can't take it anymore with the bad customer service that has went way down hill im sending this to the bbb of canada im tired of dealing with the nonsense of bell paying for service that dont work and they dont want the help fix

Your technicians are really the worst: incompetent and not courteous. Bell should also be able to give a technicians reference number or name so customers can complain about. I am going with Videotron for all my uses.
