If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely the worst in terms of customer service. They were rude to me and my wife when we were trying to cancel our trip. They kept giving us the run around and wouldn't allow us to get a full refund. Luxury Retreats sucks.

Beware of booking anything through LR right now. I tried to cancel a trip due to COVID concerns and they wont cancel or refund the trip. Its not their policy. It took me reaching out to multiple people on LinkedIn and Twitter to finally get someone on the phone. The manager was pretty rude and raised her voice with me multiple times. She wasnt looking for solutions to help me cancel. She continued to tell me sorry we cant cancel or refund your trip. You think youre working with a luxury brand but there was little effort to help me resolve this situation. Pretty pathetic experience all the way around. Hopefully they can figure out solutions during this weird time...

Terrible response. I have sent 3 emails and have not received a response in 5 days. Also they have refused to show a rentall that we have booked as available for next Thanksgiving as we want to get out of our contract since learning of a tiger attack right in front of the property when we were there last Thanksgiving. The water is filledwith turtles and tiger sharks love turtles! They gave us no warning of the danger. An inflatable paddle board was attacked and my son, his wife, and grandkids all paddleboarded out there.
