I had an excellent experience with Penguin Pick Up. Initially, I found it a bit challenging to put my IKEA order online. However, last Saturday, I called the Griffintown store and spoke with a helpful staff. She provided me with comprehensive information on how to place my order step by step and explained the benefits, such as the minimal delivery payment. To my surprise, the experience turned out to be fantastic. I eventually pick the Saint Jacques branch because it was closer to me. I picked up my items on Saturday evening, a respectful boy served me there. I would like to express my gratitude for their service. As a result of this positive experience, I intend to leave my review for both the Saint Jacques and Griffintown stores. This combination allowed me to obtain IKEA items without incurring high delivery fees.

Je suis all chercher mon colis hier le 19 mai vers 12h55 et les deux filles qui taient la rception lont scanner et mont dit que le colis tait pas la et que je devais attendre 13h. On tait le 19 mai 12h55 et mon colis devait tre la depuis le 18 mai 13h. Jinsiste pour quelles regardent en arrire et non rien elles mobstinaient encore que le colis tait vraiment pas la. Je sors trs trs du du service que jai eu. Zeroooo serviable, zero souriante. Jai appel au penguin pickup et jai dit que la compagnie de livraison mavait confirm que le colis tait la. Ctait faux videmment, mais assez pour quelles dcident enfin de regarder en arrire un colis a la fois pour le retrouver. Une fois retrouv je reois un appel qui me dit quelles ont retrouv mon colis. Ma mre passe donc le chercher ET AU LIEU DE SEXCUSER elles disent que le colis venait juste darriver et que jtais pas pass au bon moment. Un groos gros manque de crdibilit. Jai demand a post canada de ne pu jamais faire livrer mes colis a cette place. Je suis mme all a un autre centre post canada proche et ils sont t super serviable en me donnant le numro de rfrence pour contacter la compagnie de livraison et quils taient dus que a marrive. Honntement pire exprience. Je ne me suis pas sentie prise en charge et coute.
