        Previous issues have seen been corrected by Firma. This was the initial review: Been screwed both times that I bothered checking the rate after 10 years dealing with them. Were over 100.00 less on 7000.00 usd after they corrected rate upon me checking the exchange and complaining. Broker told me he had to check with head office to see why they were charging me more than the bank rate. Yeah, right. Always ask for the rate before completing the transaction.
