As a first time parent, I had alot of anxiety about putting my baby in daycare. That said, Namaste has made this such a pleasant experience and I would recommend this daycare to everyone. The staff are very nice, warm and caring; the food is great; great activities; daycare is very clean. The parc is not far away and in the summer time there are fun water activities! The owner is amazing! She is always very accommodating and helpful. My daughter has so much fun that some days she doesn't want to leave. I couldn't thank everyone enough for taking such good care of my baby!

Its a no for me. During the integration process I noticed that her teacher (Pilavi) seemed to be coming from a place of frustration while generally reacting to a few different situations including simply picking up my daughter, when I addressed this with administration as well as the teacher they reassured me so I decided to keep my 18 month old there. Fast forward about a month, things are going much better, and my baby seems a bit happier walking in every day. Then on her last day when I went to pick her up something was very off. She was extremely upset in a way I had never seen, it was clear that something had happened. After a few hours relaxing at home with no change in how upset she was I realized that she wasnt using her arm. I brought her to emergency where she was treated for a pulled elbow. I asked the doctor how a baby might receive this type of injury and she said that it tends to happen when the babys arm is relaxed and they receive an abrupt pull or yank to the arm. The next day I went in to speak with them and didnt offer any answers other than maybe it happened during the walk because she kept falling while attached to the rope. Pilavi was fast to try to redirect the blame to the other educator who was at the rear of the group and in the end no conclusions were drawn. The walk takes place at 10:45-11:45 am so if it did in fact happen during the walk she sat there all day in pain. The way she was crying and expressing herself wasnt the same as other days when she was just getting used to the daycare, they should have noticed something was wrong. Fiona said that she noticed Winnie was off and sent Pilavi to console her while she did the clean up which was not the case as my daughter was sitting on the floor crying while Pilavi was doing other things around the daycare. I was hoping I could place a positive note somewhere in this review but I cant, Im not happy at all with the supervision or the handling of the babies, as well as the administrations way of handling serious staff issues or situations.

(Translated by Google) A beautiful atmosphere reigns within this daycare which is simply wonderful! Our 2 sons enjoyed it and loved spending time there. The educational team, in particular Kristan, is wonderful, attentive to the children, offers them many activities, with a playful and educational approach. Thanks again to Fiona and the staff for their professionalism and sincere good humor!!! (Original) Une belle ambiance rgne au sein de cette garderie qui est tout simplement formidable!
