Impossible de se comprendre avec la rceptionniste qui parlait peine franais au bout du fil et qui, alors que je lui demande un rendez-vous urgent, souhaite me programmer un rendez-vous de contrle pour dans deux semaines. Une fois l'incomprhension passe et une nime explication de ma part, elle me donne un rendez-vous plus proche dans la semaine. Je lui ple par trois fois mon numro et mon nom pour essayer de lui faire noter les informations exactes. Une fois le rendez-vous pris je reois un texto de confirmation avec mon nom, dont l'orthographe a t massacre. De Lefvre on est pass Lesegre. Je me dcide alors rappeler pour annuler le rendez-vous, cette fois-ci en anglais, fatigue de ne pas tre comprise. La communication n'tait pas meilleure en anglais.... videmment, cette note n'est que le reflet de mon exprience avec la rception, je ne doute pas du tout que le/les practiciens de cette clinique sont trs bons.
