Frdrique, a licensed orthotist/prosthetist, helped me find what I was looking for and much more. She took an impression of my foot and provided me with practical information about my foot type, how to care for my feet in the future, and she confirmed that my shoes were a great choice for my foot type and that they still had life (so no need to replace them yet). I left with two very affordable heel inserts rather than spending several hundred on new shoes. I'm grateful for this boost in confidence as I am leaving for a month of travel in Asia and will be walking a lot!
