Dr. Balbul was great. My review is for the staff. Grumpy! I get it., you hate your job. That doesn't make it ok to shake your head at an elderly client for not being able to hear you and your repeated questions. Your unacceptable attitude has rubbed off on your regular clients. One thought it was ok to comment "why does this place look like tiny Tots" (aimed at my kids who I had to take with me. Would it have been better if I left them in the car? Home alone?) Have some compassion, consideration, empathy, sympathy, kindness?

He has always been very good with me and I have nothing to complain about, he is one of the best in his field when doctors couldnt figure out what was wrong with my skin it took Dr. Balbul 3 seconds to tell me what it was. Thank you Dr. Balbul for all your help and I know your looking at retiring soon if so, well deserved. As for those who complain about his rudeness, if at all, you must be the kind of patients that he sees that are petty continue to complain about everything and anything because it doesnt go your way or that your feelings are hurt well to you I said get over it if we had more doctors like that about more things would run more smoothly and faster.
