would NEVER reccomend this place to ANYONE. i never write reviews but i have to for this one. i have been registered to this school since last year (may-june) and every time i call them to book my next classes they either give dates that are TWO TO THREE MONTHS LATER THAN THAT DAY OR TELL U THAT THERES NONE AVAILABLE!!!! HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE??? i have been trying to finish my classes bcs im going to move and im going to need a car and they literally have NO AVAILABILITIES. they have limited teachers for students and i honestly am losing patience with them. they switched from lauzon to tecnic and everything is so confusing. if u check their hours it says they close at 7 almost everyday except weekends but then u check their location on the tecnic website and it says theyre closed from mondays to wednesdays and open on weekends DOESNT MAKE SENSE!! i tried to change my school to another tecnic and the secretary told me (3months ago) the other schools dont have classes available either. ive called them SEVERAL AND SEVERAL times and they NEVER answer. the secretary tells u shell call u back for something and NEVER EVER DOES. i am sick of this place HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. if u have ANY other school options CHOOSE THAT ONE!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been with this driving school for the past year and a half. It is understandable that they are short staffed on drivers and I get it. However, It has come to a point where they do not answer their phones at all. They have reduced their opening hours to two days a week and their still is not secretary to be found at this location during their new opening hours. I am in the midst of trying to transfer to another technic school. However, technic cartierville must initiate the transfer BUT THERE HAS NOT BEEN A SECRETARY WORKING THERE FOR OVER A MONTH TO DO ANY OF THESE OFFICE TASKS. So Ive been calling multiple times a week and going to their locations during their new opening hours, yet the place is ALWAYS closed. I am sosososo fed up this has delayed the completion of my license for months!

(Translated by Google) I would gladly give 0 if I could. You better pay another $200 and find yourself another school. I don't even know where to start... In two years of pandemic, the school has not found any other system to take attendance than to make the roll call as face-to-face... One person at a time. So we easily lose a good half hour at each start of class, for something that could be done in 5 minutes using screenshots (and like that, we would also validate the cameras effectively since the school has seem to want us to see our faces during class). Professors often disappear during online classes, without any justification. We therefore find ourselves hanging around without really knowing what is going on, sometimes for a good ten minutes. When they are there, they also go out of their way to belittle students who are not 100% attentive. The courses are remote, with us. Some have children, in environments that are not necessarily super spacious... After a while, you have to understand that it's normal to have a life. A driving professor who thinks he has more authority than a university professor and tries to abuse power, that kind of makes me laugh. Another glaring and really unpleasant point: the school is NEVER open. At the moment, it is only on Thursday and Friday, during office hours. Again, some people work during the week and cannot be there on those days. So it's been nearly a month since I've been stuck and I can't continue my lessons, since I'm unable to go and collect the certificate that would allow me to obtain my learner's permit. Besides, why doesn't the school send it to us by mail, if the original version is absolutely necessary? To top it off, the rare times someone is present, they don't have the necessary equipment. We are forced to buy the book for $50 (when it is easily found elsewhere for much less), only to be told that they no longer have the French version when we arrive there... Morality, in wanting to save money, I am literally wasting my time.
