    We gave our 8x10 Chinese rug to clean almost 3 weeks ago. When we called to follow up last week, we were told they didn't know where our carpet was. Called again and was told the same. The customer service person, Diane, said she didn't have time to find out. In 24+ hours she didn't have 5 minutes to find out where our carpet was?? Not impressed at all!! If we don't either hear back or receive our carpet in good condition, we will be contacting CTV News. Service: General carpet cleaning

    Brought in a shirt for missing buttons and a week later they returned it as is without the buttons they said theyd bring to show me to repair it. Basically told me to go elsewhere without any explanation or service. A waste of time and very unprofessional. Too much to ask for buttons on a shirt!
