Very convenient and efficient. Easy to order pick up and drop off is advised with enough time in advance. The folding is done very nicely and with care. We once had a few items that weren't ours be returned to us, so we sent them back. Also don't expect your clothes to smell like something. They simply don't have a smell but you can tell the clothes have been cleaned very well and it's good for people with allergies! Make sure you select the best package for yourself. Besides the incident with a few wrong items sent to us and once we selected the wrong thing and didn't get a refund for it, besides those things.. definitely recommend, it's worth a try! You can always call them if any question and the will always answer you. We even gifted this to new parents and used it ourselves after having our baby. Worth the try!
