I work at the Alternative Fuels Lab at McGill University. We urgently needed to perform N95 respirator fittings for five members of our lab, which were required for our field tests. I had the chance to find Arlene from Prime Practice. She responded right away and, despite our very tight deadline, gave me a couple of possible appointment times. She came to McGill and brought two machines, which sped up the whole procedure so that we were done in less than an hour. At the same time, we didn't feel rushed, as Arlene took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of our questions. She also helped us out with the masks, which was an added bonus! The whole process was therefore transparent and pleasant experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend Prime Practice to anyone! They really saved us!

I came across Prime Practice North America while looking for a place to get a respiratory fit test done for work. Arlene (the owner) is so nice!!! Extremely professional and kind. I was on a very tight schedule and she was able to accommodate me. Im so appreciative of that. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for that type of service. Shes great!!
