Roxanne and Nikki are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They came beyond prepared to every single meeting and knew exactly what questions to ask to help us get thinking about our company in a different way. Their "homework" was incredibly insightful and helped me think more objectively about my business. What I liked the most was that the goals and objectives they laid out, weren't necessarily "immediate", "urgent" and "big"...but more small, realistic, scalable and most of all, manageable for the time I'm actually able to commit to them.
