We have had an amazing experience with Dr. Cloutier and Dr. Ghosh for the past 6 years as they've guided us, as a family, through our son's transition. I'd give them six stars if I could!

amazing clinic! I got fast appointements and answers, staff is very nice and friendly, best service ever ! i recommend to all trans and queer youth of mtl it made my transition so much smoother

Extremely disappointed by their service. Weve been seeing D. Cloutier for years as my daughter has multiple health conditions. All of the sudden she decides to drop our file with no explanation. We sched a phone consult, she didnt call us back. Meraki doesnt even answer the phone. I tried to shed an appointment this year via their website, its been two weeks and I havent heard from them. In times when patients need care the most they just dont care. Im putting a complain through the medical association and to the administration. Dont bother with this office. Look somewhere else.

The doctors and other staff are very friendly and helpful but they never pick up my calls and never return my messages, making them nearly impossible to contact for important matters. I've had to show up in person to deal with time-sensitive issues.
