I've ordered a few times from this place. this will be my last customer service is horrible no response for weeks.

Unfortunately, based on my experience and after reading other recent reviews, this company seems to have turned into a scam in recent months. I placed an order for nematodes two weeks ago. After one week went by, I started to inquire about when my order would ship. I noticed on their website that they only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, but after Monday and Tuesday of the second week went by, I messaged them via Messenger, no response, then instagram, no response. I then tried calling them and that's when I knew it was a scam, as it says the number is no longer in service. Finally, I emailed them a few days ago, and still nothing. Glad I only spent $10, but other buyers beware! Edit: Thank you for your response. I have amended my review to 3 stars. I wish I didn't have to resort to writing a review to get a response. I hadn't noticed the temperature requirements. Please consider offering the addition of a heat pack to an order and maybe make a note of the shipping temperature requirements on the nematode product page, and fixing your phone number. Looking forward to receiving my order!

I am very new to using worms in my composting and Fred took the time to answer all my questions and help me troubleshoot some of the issues I was having. The products sold are also excellent quality.

I've ordered a composter and some worms from this company several weeks ago. While the composter itself arrived, I never received the worms. I've since tried to contact this company multiple times, via email, over Facebook and by calling and got no response whatsoever. In fact, the phone number now says it's disconnected. Terrible customer service! I want my money back!
