If only I could give zero star... it was the worse experience I ever had with a trading platform. More than a month to create an account for an incorporation, hidden fees and high fees for each transaction compared to competition, terrible and arrogant phone customer service if you can be lucky to reach someone over the phone, mobile app keep crashing out of nowhere, and be sure to download your documents before to close your account because they won't be accessible afterward if you accepted to receive them online only! In my case I even received a mandatory government form to fill the day prior the deadline from them (fees would have applied by the government) and they tried to blame it on me when it's their fault, so I closed my account and I suggest everyone to go to a competitor like NBC or Disnat.
