Advisors can change on a regular basis, but this new one (katherin by her name) booked a meeting which I accepted and changed requirements to my account. She said that she would send me an email about the new requirements. After 3 weeks, my file was sent to the recovery team (received through the mail), after never receiving that said email, and without a call. I will gladly stop paying interest to them and go to another bank with better customer service.

Currently my bank as i write this, sadly this service center is pretty badly rated which i think don't deserve it, the staff is actually really nice and helpful, and take the time to explain to you stuff you don't understand if you ask! Very nice atm too! This should be rated better, people should complaint about the enterprise instead which can be misleading/confusing sometimes, but besides that, this service center is actually really nice!
