Customer service needs to be improved ASAP. The reception mostly blames clients fault and dont assumes mistakes nor trying to find a solution with clients. Its been years and years that weve been ordering Fortune cookies & Almond cookies. We guess that trusting and building fidelity through customers is not a value for them. After making an order the week before, the driver then came on a schedule which the restaurant wasnt even open, dropped the delivery and expected to be paid right the way. Only staff was on place. Since the business wasnt open yet, the manager wasnt there to give the check so the driver took back all the order. We called the customer service to ask if it was possible a check by post or to pay another day. Impossible, invoices need to be pay on the same day. They blamed us that we didnt mention our business hours. Im sorry, but you are the products factory and you are offering the delivery service. Should you not ask for it and should you not tell us when the delivery should be expected? Now, the shop will send another driver to deliver us the same order on another day. Youre truly losing your time and your money simply because a cheque wasnt give on the day of delivery. Look alike a big factory, but still manage the business like a little shop.
