Very disappointing and felt like they thought I am stupid and dont understand in fur. This is my story: I decided to invest in a coat. So I got a vintage one which I brought to this Fur specialist to repair and clean. First, the process is long over 3 weeks. Second, I was expecting a professional result and a upscale service matching the money they charge to repair and clean, however I was disappointed by the level of professionalism. They didnt repair all the lining opening, which meant they missed a part therefore, saw dust from the cleaning process got into the corner of the coat. My other concern was the level of finishing, threads hanging from the lining edges that were repaired and no attention to the details. I would not recommend this place.
