DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS. I would give zero stars if I could. They cancelled as soon as I booked and then faked a refund, only to charge me again the day after the refund posted. They are scammers. Steer clear.

Our experience from beginning to the end, was AMAZING. The hosts and co-host security were so thoughtful and considered us with open arms. The place is super clean, you feel safe with all the securities placements and its great for small or big groups and stays if you are travelling and visiting the area. Couldnt be more happier. Liv MTL accommodated us at the last minute when another Airbnb we had rented in Montreal canceled our booking for 16 guests. We were there for a bachelor party and we had a great time. There was lots of space for us all with easy, reasonably priced nearby parking. The metro was a short walk away for east transport down town. We had no issues with us being to loud and no problems with the beds or accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities and everything worked great. They couldnt have been more accommodating, the instructions couldnt have been clearer, the location couldnt have been better, and the messaging couldnt have been more prompt! They even gave us last minute dinner suggestions for someplace at midnight that turned out to be the highlight of our trip! Honestly this was the best host communication we've ever received! Additional bonuses: the area has great walkability and the apartment was just as described. We work remotely and fast internet is a necessity for us and they provided it. It was clean and very well stocked. The host paid attention to the smallest details (even leaving us 2 bottles of wine for our big group ). We will definitely stay there again when visiting Montreal. Would love to return to one of their locations next year! Most excellent stay and host!!!
