They are holding our furniture security deposit hostage after we have moved out and have been very unresponsive. Extremely unprofessional on their part. The staff was okay except one front desk person who delivery drivers complain about, saying that he is rude and aggressive. Bad furnished appliances that break often, the window view is now blocked by another building. The only good thing about this place is that it's pet friendly, otherwise please avoid.

Having lived there for 2 years, I don't have much complaints about the building itself. Most of the appliances are decent. Washing and Drying machines could be better as they take multiple times to dry a full load for example. The imanities are good, gym isn't to my liking as it's mostly cardio machines but it's by no means bad. There's obviously a clear lack of communication with reception as sometimes deliveries could come upstairs and with other doormen they were never allowed to come upstairs. The big reason why i'm not giving it a 4/5 is that when I moved there I agreed to pay a certain price knowing I had a full view of downtown. However price remained the same after a building was built right in our face. Imo prices should've been cheaper for any floor that no longer had a view. Anyway well located regardless, imanities are fine, few doormen/women are really nice, some are just completely poker face and won't speak a word to you. But the living experience there isn't really ruined by anything. Animal friendly too! Changing review from 3 starts to 1 because Ive been running after them for 2 weeks to get my security deposit back and theyre completely ghosting me despite telling me theyd pay it back on May 1st and sending them the bank info. Absolutely unprofessional.
