Worst candles, I bought 2 candles here and 1 of them ended up tunneling. I cant even light it because the wick is deep inside the wax now. I went to the store and asked what i did wrong because i followed the instrustions on the package (which worked out for the other candle, red one) they told me to bring the candles and they would exchange. I brought it the following day there was another woman and told me they couldnt do anything about it because it was probably because i didnt follow the instruction. I said i did, and showed the other candle which is in a fine condition. Again she told me she couldnt help me. They dont even know how to fix this. How can this happen with high quality wax? Ive bought much cheaper candles and they are 100x better than their candles. Garbage
