        I purchased a shower caddy from Walmart and the extendable tube doesn't work properly. I emailed their support team and got a response 2 business days later. I responded that same day. It's now been a week and a half and I haven't heard anything from them. Their support team needs work. You shouldn't be making customers wait this long.
