Truly exceptional customer service. I had purchased a refrigerator elsewhere and had received abysmal service from that big national company; I had been jerked around on the phone for hours and my delivery had been postponed twice. Fed up with that company, I called William and Maurice because they are local to my area. Spoke to Stewart, who was great, and he found me a refrigerator in the next 10min. The exact model I originally wanted. Both Stewart and Robert are professional, kind and efficient. Prices were very fair, service was amazing; the type of customer service you don't see anymore. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future for all my appliances. Cannot recommend enough!

I recently purchased 5 major appliances from William & Maurice as we were doing a kitchen renovation. We have bought all our appliances from them in the past and they continue to not disappoint. Not only was Robert highly responsive and friendly, he was informed and patient with us as we were making our decisions and asking lots of questions. Also - their prices cannot be beat! It is always a pleasure doing business with the folks at William & Maurice. I will without a doubt continue to buy my appliances and other home needs from them in the future.

I bought a washer-dryer set from Stewart in 2015, and just bought my whole suite of kitchen appliances from him a few months ago. I couldnt be happier with them and with the service Stewart provided. He is very fair, available, helpful, and he found exactly what I was looking for and for the right price. Ill never buy appliances from anyone else ever again!

My wife and I just purchased a new KitchenAid dishwasher from William and Maurice. I dealt with Stewart and every aspect of the experience, including the delivery and installation, was ideal. Professional, prompt, thorough and fairly priced, I would recommend Stewart and Willam & Maurice to anyone. We will certainly be buying all our appliances through them from now on.
