If I could give this place a negative 5 star, I would. I paid cash for a sofa that was 1300$, recieved it the first time damaged. The manager agreed to send a new one, second one arrived today, seams pulled from the cushions (some cushions completely look like someone sat on them for a month) I call up the store in Lasalle, get told no one speaks English and hung up on. Now on hold with head office, because this is beyond ridiculous. They should probably know that their manager also offered me to come to my place to help me set it up, told me he communicates by text, and also proceeded to say to me when asking about delivery that its funny none of us know what one another looks like and telling me he has to come over and check the couch himself. Promised a cleaning kit in my guarantee as well, and BOTH times, it never arrived with the sofa. Serious joke this place is, and I Am going to call every news outlet and make sure they see the treatment customers get.
