        Beautiful collection, great value and service. Staff and store director were courteous, passionate and insightful. Had a minor hiccup on delivery but they were quick to address the issue. The store is beautiful - top notch !

        We bought a bed from the Natuzzi store on Dcarie that is owed by JC Perrault. Their delivery team damaged the leather head liner and trim. They also did a terrible installation and did not install some important components. We have been waiting seven months for them to come back and correct the issues. No one will return our calls or emails. The salesperson Marie-Claude Binette and the store manager Denis Jaoich have been of no help once we paid for our bed.
