They botched my order. Forget to include one back cushion. I have been harrassing them for months to have a status on the miising item. They never get back to me. All they say is someone will call me back, but I have never heard from them. Of course they make you pay total of the invoice BEFORE it is shipped to your place. Worst customer service ever. Go somewhere else.

We contacted Fama Living because we were interested in the Arianne Love furniture for our home in Canmore, Alberta. Their interior designed Nelly Musayelyan worked with us to create a furniture layout based on our room dimensions, the sectional pieces we wanted and the fabrics we liked. We could not be happier with the furniture! Its really beautiful, so comfortable and fits in our room perfectly. Thank-you!

Horrible costumer service. Was not able to get in touch with the delivery company at any time. On the day of my expected delivery which was a weekday I have been told that I can only get my sofa delivered during the weekend. Was asked an extra amount for a weekday delivery...my sofa is still not here and everything seems unclear. I wish I could give them zero stars for the service. Nobody seems to know what they are doing.
