We are VERY happy with the results of our condo renovation project with Reno Montral , which included reconfiguring the floor plan, removal of a wall, remodeling the bathroom and kitchen, new flooring and moldings, new interior doors, new windows and sliding glass doors, new appliances, and the addition of air conditioning. All the staff were highly professional and easy to work with even though the majority of communication and work was accomplished from a distance via Zoom, emails, and phone calls (we were not in Montral during the majority of the work). The design staff did an excellent job of maximizing the space we had to work with, gave great suggestions for finishes and colors, and were open to our feedback and preferences. The Reno Montral team also responded well and creatively to the inevitable surprises, like unexpected pipes and ducts in the wall we wanted to remove. Because we were not in Montral during the renovation, Reno Montral also took on the task of coordinating with appliance dealers and a wall-bed company, and were even willing to accept deliveries of the appliances that were delayed by supply-chain issues. In several cases, members of our Reno Montral team made themselves available even while on holiday. Nous sommes trs satisfaits de leurs services du dbut la fin; ils sont professionnels, faciles rejoindre, fiables, cherchent offrir le meilleur rapport qualit/prix leurs clients. La visite initiale permet de dfinir nos besoins et de prendre connaissance des contraintes de la situation. Ils ont aussi conu des plans d'amnagement et nous ont aid remplir les demandes pour les permis de construction de la ville. Ensuite, lors de la phase de chantier, ils sont trs efficaces pour coordonner les divers corps de mtiers ncessaires et le tout se droule de faon trs fluide et efficace. Une supervision assidue du chantier est effectue, par Ronald dans notre cas, et cela vise ce que l'excution des travaux soit la hauteur de leurs standards. Ils prennent une attention la finition et bien nettoyer aprs les travaux.
