        Poor quality of construction. Things were defective or breaking almost immediately after taking ownership of the property. Slow to respond and fix deficiencies (pandemic aside), in some cases waiting almost a year to have things resolved (in a small building with fewer units nonetheless)...not impressed and would not consider purchasing in a project from this builder in the future.
