UPDATED: Organized and efficient. It was easy to secure an appointment online, as well as walk in. I managed to submit my documents within the 10 minutes of arrival. Old review from 2022: They only give 30 tokens for walk-in applications. The first person in the queue arrived at 3:30 AM and took 4 tokens for his family. Even if you're the 20th person in the queue, there's a high chance you'll be turned back coz people pick multiple tokens.

I had a very nice experience with BLS Montreal Centre. It was my first time, I went with an appointment. The staffs were extremely good, warm welcoming and also immensely patient. They checked all our documents thoroughly and verified each details with supporting documents. Staffs were good enough to advise on all queries and make us feel comfortable. Overall my experience was great and we were delighted with the BLS service in Montreal. I would like to thank Hilari and much appreciated all her efforts and advises. Keep up the Good Work...!!!
