I called about a troubling issue at work, had to repeat the situation multiple times, just for the worker to keep asking me what my question was I provided him with a question, like he asked, multiple times but kept telling me he did not understand my question. I dont think I was speaking mandarin. He had an awful attitude for some reason, eventually, after an ongoing conversation of him asking me to reformulate my question, I just said thank you and hung up because he did not seem interested in helping me solve my issue at all whatsoever.
