I feel bad for leaving a bad review because the staff is so nice but honestly this was by far the worst brushing I ever had. I have brushing once a week every week and sometimes to different places depending on my appointments location. The same night I notice that the back of my head wasnt even washed properly so that motivated me to say my opinion here. First I find its unprofessional to use his pocket hoodie to store the brushes and pins and everything needed for a brushing. It felt very chaotic and unorganized. Especially when always looking for other stuff needed around the salon and pausing evrytime. Second it felt like it was very awkwardly done the separate section keep being mixed into the brush while pulling with the blow dryer. The top of my head was frizzy and curly and the bangs not similar. I had to ask if it was done because I couldnt believe it he was about to let me leave outside the salon like this. I made him redo it but he already sprayed my hair with fixatif and thickener so my hair was pulling and sticking to the brush. And I told him Im trying to take care of my hair and be gently with it because Im loosing hair a lot. If I had time I would ask to rewash and redo everything but I just said after the second time he fixed it that its ok because I needed to leave. It felt very amateur:(
