I booked on online and the workers did not move and helped until 15-20 mins later. The work said I am not available and I was whiling to compensate on the time a waited. Then a coupon or a discount would be nice. But no I canceled everything. Waste of time

(my review is realy for the purple studio and I have the text between the lash tech and I) If I could give 0 I would! The tech didnt even showed up. My appointement was at 13h and by 13h25 she still wasnt there so I had to leave. Tried to contact her while there and there was no answer. Do not go there. Lost of time....

This is one of the most unprofessional place there is. I had an appointment at 4pm and they texted me at 3:50 that they will cancel my appointment, because the technician is not available when I was already there waiting for my turn. They also said that they tired calling and texting me but that I didnt pick up my phone when in reality they didnt try to do neither of that, because I always pick up my calls incase if emergency. Dont waste your time with this establishment, because they are not worth it. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

i got classic extenstions done by megan and had the worst experience of my life. staff vape and go on their phones during the appointment and then touch your face without washing their hands. wish i was making this up and was utterly shocked. i called and complained as my eye was red and puffy the next day and my skin was broken out as i have extremely sensitive eyes and skin. i was given a free refill for the inconvience but the lashes look awful and are already falling out. thousands of other places in montreal that will treat you better and do the bare minimum, wash their freaking hands. the amount of germs on a phone alone and then youre going to touch my face??? disgusting. this place needs to be shut down and out of business not just a talking to, this is the first rule they teach at lash school and frankly everywhere.
