Terrible experience. Lisa, the owner, is turned out to be horribly impolite, rude, and with awful manners. She cut my hair 2 or 3 times before and it was ok, although Lisa was lately tense and not chatty. I was mostly happy with the cut and even brought my mother as a client. However, during my last visit, when I was politely and calmly explaining what type of cut I wanted, she responded with a nervous tone: "I get it, I get it..." I paused, then began describing how my previous hairdresser did it. To that she suddenly replied: "THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO YOUR PREVIOUS HAIRDRESSER !?" ...I was left speechless by such an impolite outburst and remained silent until she was done. I paid and left in total silence. For obvious reasons, I am not going back there ever. Can a hairdresser, a service professional, be so rude to their clients? It's UNACCEPTABLE. Service: Hairstyling

Lisa is an amazing hairdresser who brings out the natural beauty in every customer. From the moment you walk in, you sense her professionalism and devotion to her mtier. Plus, she is just an incredibly nice lady.
