Second, she did a pre coloration because I had blond hair, she did the black coloration. It was nice when I left. After the first shampoo at home plenty of hair where brown she forgot some spots. I had to contact the manager, who btw is never there (or almost), Ive never seen her the two times i went there and the second time she was supposed to be there she didnt come. So they colored my hair black again ! Im here 1 month and a half after the first appointment with my hair almost blond again. I only have my roots black, I look completely ridiculous. They never have appointments that makes sens, and they were expecting me to pay again? (Btw I gave the hairdresser a great tip the second time i went there because I didnt had to pay) They put the fault on my hair products, but I used the same for my blond hair(that I had for years) , I never had any problems.
