C & C Plumbing & Heating

C & C Plumbing & Heating is a call centre that subcontracts to other subcontractors who then give out jobs to local handymen. The guys who came and replaced my bathtub faucet did a great job in the two hours they were here, but their price was much higher than what C&C quoted me. Rather than paying $350 to replace my old bathtub faucet (which is still alot) I was charged $500. It left me with a bad feeling. I would recommend calling a real local plumber, not a call centre that subcontracts and then re-subcontracts to local guys.

very frustrated. called saturday with an emergency issue and was given an appointment for between 1-3 pm sunday, then called again sunday at 1230 after having had no news, was told by dispatch that the plumber would call me with a revised ETA, and no call- i called back at 2 pm and nobody reachable even at dispatch. This is definitely not a reliable 24 hour / emergency service!

I will soon be contacting C & C Plumbing & Heating for another plumbing job, and am very relieved to have found my ""regular plumber""!! Highly recommended.
