        My family has been using North Cools air conditioners for very long and their service has only been great. Their staff is polite when they repair/set up our ACs. Would give 6 stars if I could.

        I called them to get the original spare parts to repair my customer's AC. I was told that they would deliver a retrofit non-original and that it would take 24 hours to confirm if they had the needed parts in stock. It's over 48 hours and I'm still waiting for a call from them just to confirm stock, even knowing that my customer's AC was repaired 41 hour ago. I give three stars and not one because the install was good and the machine is there for more then 10 years but with parts unavailable it would sit broken for God knows how long.
