The accommodation is large (several bedrooms), well located (at the corner of Mont-Royal and Parc, opposite Parc Mont-Royal), a bit dated (like an old Montreal apartment, which may be charming for some ), but the bedrooms and bathroom have been renovated. It's noisy because of the traffic (the windows insulate well, but the traffic is intense): that's the price to pay for an apartment in the heart of Montreal. C'est bruyant cause du traffic (les fentres isolent bien, mais la circulation est intense): c'est le prix payer pour un appartement en plein coeur de Montral. Il y a un effort pour la dcoration: par exemple plusieurs belles lampes ont t installes, mais elles ne sont pas branches et il n'y a pas de prise proximit! Du coup on ne peut pas les allumer. Note importante: n'oubliez pas qu'en semaine on ne peut pas se garer sur l'Avenue du Parc pendant l'heure du pointe, les amendes sont sales! Dans l'ensemble nous avons aim notre (court) sjour et nous avons obtenu un prix trs abordable. Seul bmol: nous avons du payer un dpt de garantie, qui a pris quelques jours et plusieurs changes avec les propritaires pour tre rembours.
