Waited for 20+ minutes on the seat and still didnt get served. No body came before I left and it was not even a busy day

Zero sense of service. I went in at 2pm, after the lunch rush on a weekday, and 3 employees did nothing for 10 minutes. Just chatted among themselves, and hung out. No menu. I took a menu myself. No water. No approach to take an order. I just left after feeling like a dummy for 10 minutes. Guess they dont want the business. SMH.

Skip this horrible hole. Rude and incompetent service. Super overpriced and unremarkable BBQ. I came in at 8 on Saturday night for takeout and asked for a 3-meat combo. Every Canto BBQ shop from Montreal to New York to Toronto to Vancouver has this as a basic order. Somehow, these guys didnt understand it. When I got rung up for $30+ and my eyes popped, did that unfortunately become clear. And then they had the audacity to get mad at me for a confusing order! I shouldve left at that point, but I paid for my order. For every additional meat, its +2 - so $11 for 1-meat, $13 for 2, $15 for 3, and an additional +2 for duck, which I got. Well, guess what? One piece of duck in the combo!!! What the heck???? SMH at how stupid that is. Works out to almost $8 for the one piece of duck. And it wasnt even that good. $17 for the whole thing - which was mostly fatty pork. Zero value. Rude service. Go to Ethan down the block where they charge $13 for a 3-meat combo, and dont nickel and dime and cheat you to death. Delicieux? Hahahaha, no. Save your money and skip this hole.
