Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth

Stay was below pleasant, check in had a long line up and we arrived after their expected time to them saying our room is not ready, let us try to find you something. Wi-Fi is only free if you are a member. Fridge in room is inaccessible to your own stuff. Parking recommended by the hotel is in the rear which does not feel anything close to something you would want to use. Requested a few missing items in the room but they took a while to arrive. One request didnt show up and had to call again to ask. Not worth even half the price of the rate. Stayed at 3 star hotels that were better.

Check in was smooth and fast. Stephanie at the reception was very helpful. The hotel location is excellent with great connectivity to the station and shopping. One of the best hotels Ive been too with such a nice variety of restaurants inside. A special thank you to Anthony. Anthony Uhoda was very helpful and nice. He made our experience at the fairmont very enjoyable. You can tell he really enjoys making clients feel at home. 10/10
