        When we booked the room we were told that the parking is included and we asked specifically 2 times because parking is expensive here and they said its added however while arriving they said its not and have to pay 80$ on side . Called customer service and talk to 5 people no one could help even manager. They cancelled my reservation just because of that info provided by there own colleague. Worst experience
