And they hang up on you (there were obviously people at the reception ...). It's a shame because the rooms are very nice, but frankly this attitude is unacceptable. If only the hotel had made a small commercial gesture, because cleaning is included in the price of the room at 500 Canadian dollars . Or at least, inform the customer at the time of check-in that he must request the cleaning of the room each morning before leaving! Le problme a t dfinitivement rgl. Lors de mon prochain sjour, nul doute, je descendrai au Germain ! --------------------------------- Bon, alors : comment dire ? C'est la premire fois o je me rends dans un htel dans lequel il faut DEMANDER chaque jour que la chambre soit faite ! Sinon, lorsque vous rentrez en fin de journe, tout sera comme vous l'avez laiss le matin... Et si vous appelez la rception pour demander une explication, on vous rpondra 'desol Monsieur, c'est cause du COVID, bonne soire ... Et on vous raccroche au nez (il y avait visiblement du monde l'accueil ...). C'est dommage car les chambres sont trs sympas, mais franchement cette attitude est inacceptable. Si la rigueur l'htel avait pratiqu un petit geste commercial, car le mnage, lui, est bien compris dans le prix de la chambre 500 dollars canadiens . Ou alors au minimum, bien informer le client au moment du check-in qu'il faut rclamer le nettoyage de la chambre chaque matin avant de quitter !

Despite my repeated attempts to request room cleaning, my room has not been serviced even after contacting the hotel reception. Very disappointed for such 4-star hotel.

Great hotel!! Very cool exterior and beautiful newly (seeming!) designed rooms. Our card did stop working a couple of times which was of course a bit annoying but all around a great centrally located hotel to stay in downtown.
