This place is extremely weird. We came from toronto and were looking for a last min place to stay. So we found this place was listed online so we went there directly. Upon arrival you come to the phone cam and you talk thru there and cant just enter. We asked if there was anything available and the lady said no. We said we see a listing online, and again she said no and hung up. We then got a little mad and decided to go online and book because it was late and last min and we walked 20 mins to this place. Booked online and she amediatly took us in. Only one lady there working no one else. From the outside it looks nice with these balcony and all. But it was a total scam. The room thats shown here and everywhere you search their name looks exactly the same. But. As you enter your taken downstairs, basment like thing. Low ceiling, looks like a house thats parted into rooms to look like a hotel. The lady said we booked the best room, but realistically that was the only room they advertise everywhere. So, we enter the room and we are amazed by the decor and fancy washroom set up. Spend about 5 mins and im not feeling right. I remeber seeing the balcony outside the hotel so i was excited to see the balcony if i could accsess it or not. Saw nothing, i moved the curtains and i see a sliding door. Very odd. Says no garden access. Cool its okay right, so i double checked to see its locked and safe. Turns out it cant lock. Tried many times to lick it. The room was open to the public streets, you cant see it unless you move all those curtains. THATS NOT SAFE! We decided to leave, as this place was ALREADY not giving out good energy this was just a bonus conformation. Extremely mad. We even asked for a refund and she said no. So we just left the place to go to hampton. We were on our way out and all you smell is weed, and people partying out loud. Felt like there was wrong things happening behind those doors. Overall, i do not reccomsnd anyone whos looking for a safe space. Theres no help line, no one you can call. Only that one odd lady. Donf get fooled by the fancy decor & low price. Your life us more precious then this. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID. Book legit hotels theres plenty around.
