The reservation was simple, friendly, and respected. The cleaners & movers arrived precisely on time and were absolutely great. My furniture and appliances were protected and handled with so much care. No time wasted; a perfect and efficient job. The cleaning was done quickly and easy. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and Im very satisfied. Should I require the services of a mover or cleaning again, I will absolutely contact them. Many thanks to Justin, Jo and the team. Look no further BOOK NOW! Fantastic service from Montreal Expert Cleaners. We are being serviced by them for our Airbnb & office. They always do outstanding work for an extremely great price. We were referred to them and have continued to use them ever since. The owners, AMAZING! Joenda always goes above and beyond to make us happy and always exceed our expectations. Tried out this company for my Airbnb for one month where we had several reservations. Since it was new to me, I was checking after each time to make sure everything was good and thank goodness I did! There was always dirt, crumbs, and hairs left on the floor. Beds were always messily made. The cleaner turned over the pillows to hide makeup stains. She refused to check under the beds, inside the fridge or microwave for mess, quoting to me, you have to schedule a deep clean. Which made me ask, how is a person supposed to know when they need a deep clean if the maid doesnt check and tell them?! The person I dealt with, Joenda Ezewele, was always extremely rude and judgemental with me. She takes zero pride in her work and is only out for an easy buck. I have since found a cleaner who is the complete opposite and charges $20 less per hour. Do not settle with this company. You can always find better!
