Poor management ! Already 6 months of unkempt promises and repairs left undone.

I am writing to share my experience with Quinzecent and Brivia as a Developer. Three years ago, I provided a deposit and I have been attempting to negotiate the return of my deposit due to a potential breach of contract. However, despite my numerous attempts to reach out to the company, I did not receive any response. Moreover, I found that the terms of the contract were not fully explained to me, and that the work was not completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. In my opinion, communication and transparency are key factors in any successful business relationship, and unfortunately, these elements were lacking in my experience with Quinzecent and Brivia. Additionally, I would like to caution potential buyers against using their recommended mortgage broker, as my experience with them was also unsatisfactory. While my experience was disappointing, I believe it is important to share it so that others can make informed decisions about doing business with these companies. I encourage potential buyers to thoroughly review any contracts and carefully consider their options before making any commitments. Hopefully, this feedback will help Quinzecent and Brivia improve their business practices and approach towards customer satisfaction

For 6 months now, we have been having lingering issues with our unit and it was promised by BRIVIA GROUP at the sale that these would be taken care of by the after sales team, but they are unresponsive and NOTHING get done! As a construction company, I believe reputation is everything, but your after sales team has failed to live up to the expectations.
